Wellness product creator, Taopatch, builds Profi programs to deliver their product onboarding to new customers learning to use their wearable nanotechnology device helping the central nervous system communicate more effectively with the rest of the body — creating overall physical, mental and emotional well-being and balance.
Co-Founder and CEO of Taopatch, Dimitri Leonov, shares: one of the core business issues that we have had with our product is it requires a little bit of onboarding and customer hand-holding in the beginning. So when we looked at different solutions on the market for that, there wasn't anything quite what we were looking for it.
When we came across Profi, it was really exciting because not only was the product just about exactly what we're looking for but also when we look at the roadmap and what the team is building out, it's exactly where we're heading.

So we've built three courses using the Profi platform for three different segments of our customers and three different use cases.
Essentially on day one, when the customers first receive the Taopatch product, they can:
- sign up for the Profi-powered course and see the first video and text content
- there's also an intake form, so it allows us to check the state of how the customers are feeling before they start using the product
- then we drip them different content on day one to day seven and day 14 and so on, which allows us to serve them the right content and the right onboarding at the right time
- Profi programs also allow us to do these check-ins where we can measure the progress of how the customers are doing over time. Which is really important for us.

And of course, there's also the one-on-one individual consultation functionality. At any point, customers can schedule a one-on-one session with our support team, which is really powerful for us too.
At this point we have a couple of hundred customers signed up on the platform and everyone is very happy with it, as are we.
